Wissahickon Culture

I think that the culture of Wissahickon is a laid back, not enthusiastic culture. I do not feel that Wissahickon's culture has a lot of value on family and unison. For one there is not a lot of school spirit. The spirit weeks are only done by a few people and the pep ralleys are barely even worth having. Another thing is that Wissahickon has a lot of cliques making the school seem segregated. I would like Wissahickon's culture to be more welcoming and family like, so that when you walk into school you feel welcomed by the students and staff. I also would like to see our school go crazy at pep ralleys and have more activities like blue and gold day.  I think that Wissahickon's culture also isn't a challenging culture. It is just okay with how it is, people are not striving to make the school have better academics. Wissahickon students should want to do good on standardized tests to give the school a good reputation. I feel that Wissahickon seniors have the control over a lot of that because when the seniors do things the rest of the school tends to follow. So when I am a senior I want our grade to improve the WHS culture!
